Children

Teaching the next generation to love God and serve others.

At Great Bridge Presbyterian Church, we nurture a love for God in the hearts of children through meaningful learning, fun experiences, and opportunities to serve. Our goal is to create a strong connection between church and home by equipping families to grow in faith together.

Sundays
Nursery Care

Nursery staff provide a safe and loving environment that introduce the love of God through Bible stories and age-appropriate activities. Our paid staff and volunteers are background checked.

During the Week
Family Connect Night
We meet once a month on Sundays from 4:00 – 6:00 pm September - May. All families with children age 5 through fifth grade are invited to participate in the program. It is a unique time to unplug, share a meal, enjoy fun activities, hear guest speakers, and to connect with God and with one another.
Communion & Worship Preparation
We offer an annual class in February for children in 2nd grade and older to learn about worship, baptism, and communion. Children attend with their grown-ups, and we all engage in learning together what the Sacraments mean in and for our faith.
