Candlelight Concert

The Wren Masters are an early music quartet, playing renaissance and baroque music on period instruments.  Hailed by The Washington Post for their “crisp ensemble, mellowness, and admirable stylistic awareness,” the four members are performing artist faculty of the College of William & Mary, playing harpsichord, baroque violin, viola da gamba / baroque cello, and recorder.  This concert is funded in part by the National Endowment for the Arts and the Virginia Commission for the Arts.

THE MISSION of Great Bridge Presbyterian Church is to share the love of God and His promise of salvation with all people, equipping them to mature in Jesus Christ. Our vision focuses on the first three words of this tagline, “sharing Christ’s love.” The vision of GBPC is to share Christ’s love through one million touches in our church, our community, our country, and throughout the world. The vision statement is patterned after Jesus’ command to His disciples in Acts 1:8, that empowered by the Holy Spirit they should be His witnesses in Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria, and to the ends of the earth. In order to “equip God’s people,” we provide multiple ways for people to Worship, Grow and Serve–see where YOU connect!
