Meet Kelby!

Kelby Schnepel is currently Director of Middle and Upper School Orchestras at Norfolk Academy. He is also Operations Manager for Bay Youth Orchestras of Virginia. He has recently completed his Masters of Music Education at Old Dominion University which is where he attending for Undergraduate work in Music Education. A cellist and conductor he finds excitement and drive in teaching young people to be musicians through instrumental playing. In his free time he enjoys cooking and grilling with his better half, Jess, and they both enjoy the chaos of their two charismatic boys, Leo and Emmett.
