How to Resolve E-mail Problems from GBPC

It has come to my attention that some of the e-mail messages coming from GBPC may be going to your SPAM or QUARANTINE folder, or images are not visible. Many email services and Internet Service Providers (ISPs) have put blocking or filtering systems in place to protect you from email that you didn't ask for.  However, these same systems may inadvertently filter email you would like to receive -- including emails from GBPC. The topics below provide recommendations on how to ensure you receive the email communications we send to you:

  • Have you added GBPC to your email address book?
  • Are you using Spam Filtering Software?
  • Images are being blocked in Outlook Express?
  • Are you not receiving e-mail that comes from specific people at GBPC? _______________________________________________________

Have you added GBPC to your address book?

Some email providers impose restrictions on email delivery, which may impact our ability to communicate with you and/or your ability to view images in HTML.  By adding GBPC to your address book, the email providers will allow our email to go through without being blocked or altered. Please scroll your email provider below for more information:

If your provider is not listed below, simply add newsletter@gbpres.org, and gbpcps@gbpres.org to your address book).
