Our first Learning Table guest speaker is Jane Elyce Glasgow, PhD, speaking on the topic: Getting My Child Ready for Kindergarten: What Every Parent Wants to Know.
Dr. Glasgow is the Executive Director of Minus 9 to 5, an early care and education initiative that focuses children and families prenatally (minus 9) to age 5, housed in the Department of Pediatrics at Eastern Virginia Medical School. With an array of professional experiences from Kindergarten Teacher to Assistant Professor of Pediatrics, Jane brings a wealth of knowledge about child development and family engagement in early learning experiences.
